How to Return and Exchange

All Woven packages are sealed with a security sticker. We’ve included a separate sample weft outside of the main package for your inspection. If you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can exchange or return your Woven extensions within 30 days of receipt as long as the bag and security seal remain intact.

Step 1:

Initiate your return or exchange by emailing care@wovenhair.com with your name and order number.


Step 2:

After receiving verification, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your return/exchange cannot be processed without it. Attach the RMA to the shipping package and send your extensions back to us.


Step 3:

Once we confirm the Woven package is in good condition and has not been opened, a refund will be issued to the original payment method and/or an exchange will be made.

If your return/exchange coming from outside the US/EU, be sure to write, “RETURN. NO DUTIES.” on your package or it might get sent back to you.
