How to Return and Exchange

All Woven packages are sealed with a security sticker. For clip-ins, we’ve included a separate sample weft outside of the main package for your inspection. If you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can exchange or return your Woven extensions within 30 days of receipt as long as the bag and security seal remain intact.

Step 1:

Initiate your return or exchange by emailing care@wovenhair.com with your name and order number, the style and color of the merchandise you would like to return.


Step 2:

Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip. If you would like us to provide you with a prepaid return label, a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.


Step 3:

We will refund the price of the merchandise to the original payment method, including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return, and/or an exchange will be made. Please allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

*Woven is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend shipping with insurance, keeping shipping receipts until your return is processed, and a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
